Send an email request
Email support@pic4pay.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include your account information
Provide the email address associated with your Pic4Pay account so we can locate your data.
Verify your identity
We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests.
Receive confirmation
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification.
Financial records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.
Data related to fraud prevention or violations may be retained to protect our community.
Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics.
If involved in a dispute or legal matter, relevant data may be retained until resolved.

Account Deletion is Permanent
Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your data, including any pending earnings, active requests, and message history. If you have pending payouts, please ensure they are processed before requesting deletion.
