3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring you meet the minimum age requirement (18 years or older)

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer posting photo requests, you agree to:

• Provide clear, legal, and reasonable photo requests
• Not request photos that violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Pay agreed-upon amounts for accepted bids
• Review and respond to submitted photos in a timely manner
• Not misuse the platform to obtain free work or services

5. Photographer Responsibilities

As a photographer providing services, you agree to:

• Deliver photos that meet the specified requirements
• Respect all applicable laws when taking photographs
• Obtain necessary permissions for private property or individuals
• Deliver original work that you own the rights to
• Complete accepted requests within the agreed timeframe
• Not trespass or engage in illegal activities to fulfill requests

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through the platform:

• Customers are charged when they accept a photographer's bid
• Funds are held in escrow until photo delivery is approved
• Photographers receive payment after customer approval
• Platform fees are deducted from photographer earnings
• Refunds may be issued for legitimate disputes

7. Intellectual Property

Upon payment completion, customers receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered photographs for their stated purpose. Photographers retain copyright unless explicitly transferred in writing. Neither party may use the platform's branding or intellectual property without permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Request or provide illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the system
• Scrape, copy, or misuse platform data
• Impersonate others or provide false information

9. Disputes and Resolution

In case of disputes between customers and photographers, Pic4Pay will mediate in good faith. Our decision regarding payment release or refunds is final. Users agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than litigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pic4Pay is a platform connecting users and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or safety of services provided. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or personal injury.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time, subject to completion of pending transactions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
