Before uploading, ensure you've captured the best possible photo:

Photo Requirements

Ensure your photo meets these technical requirements:

  • File Format: JPEG, PNG, or HEIC
  • File Size: Maximum 16MB per photo
  • Resolution: High resolution recommended (at least 1920x1080)
  • Quality: No heavy compression or artifacts
  • Editing: Basic adjustments (brightness, contrast, color) are acceptable
  • No Watermarks: Don't add watermarks—the platform protects your work

⚠️ Important: Upload the highest quality version you have. Customers expect professional-grade images they can use immediately.

How to Upload Your Photo

Follow these steps to upload your completed photo:

  1. Go to "Active Jobs" from your dashboard sidebar
  2. Click on the request you've completed
  3. Scroll to the "Upload Photo" section
  4. Click "Choose File" and select your best photo
  5. Preview the photo to ensure it looks correct
  6. Click "Upload Photo" to submit it to the customer

âś… Preview Feature: You'll see a full-resolution preview before uploading. Use this to double-check quality, framing, and that you've selected the right file.

After Uploading

Once you've uploaded your photo, here's what happens next:

  • Customer Notification: The customer receives an email and in-app notification
  • Review Period: Customer reviews your photo and can approve or request changes
  • Approval: If approved, payment is automatically released to you
  • Revision Request: Customer may ask for adjustments or a retake
  • Communication: Use the messaging system to discuss any feedback

Common Upload Issues & Solutions
