Finding Photo Requests

Learn how to discover photo requests in your area and find opportunities that match your skills.

Set Your Service Area

Before browsing requests, set up your service area to see relevant opportunities:

  • Go to Settings and configure your service area
  • Click on the map to set your base location
  • Choose your service radius (1-200 miles)
  • This helps filter requests to show only those within your preferred distance

💡 Pro Tip: Start with a smaller radius (10-20 miles) and expand as you get comfortable. You can always change it later.

Browse Available Requests

Find requests on your Dashboard or the Browse Requests page:

  • Dashboard: See recent requests in your service area at a glance
  • Browse Requests: View all available requests with detailed filters
  • Map View: See requests plotted on an interactive map with location markers
  • List View: Browse requests as cards with key details and distance badges
Filter & Sort Requests

Use powerful filters to find the best opportunities:

Location Filters:

  • My Area: Show only requests within your configured service area
  • Global: See all requests regardless of location
  • By Distance: Use the slider to set a custom radius (1-200 miles)

Sort Options:

  • Latest: Newest requests appear first
  • Oldest: See older requests that may have fewer bids
  • Price: High to Low: Find the highest-paying opportunities
  • Price: Low to High: Start with lower-budget requests
  • By Distance: Closest: Prioritize nearby requests
  • By Distance: Farthest: Explore requests further away

✅ Strategy: Sort by "Latest" to catch new requests early, or by "Price: High to Low" to focus on higher-paying opportunities.
